A tragedy is that many woman veterans with MST/PTSD want treatment but not at the VA, particularly when the majority of the population there is male. The VA, Vet Centers and Clinic are overloaded and cannot possibly meet the needs of the veterans, men and woman suffering.

We have a therapeutic program, in Colorado, a profit for woman and yet the VA and/or Vet Center say they cannot refer. So while these woman are in need and can receive professional services at no charge the VA won’t refer?

There could be more government contracts for professional therapists who are trained to work with veterans who could also meet the growing needs of woman
