About Exhibit

Do we realize how much an influence our images have?  Since the first photographs, it has changed opinions, revealed truths and highlighted both the best and worst parts of humanity.

The adage “A picture is worth a thousand words” refers to the notion that a complex idea can be conveyed with just a single still image.

This year we are making a call to artists to submit images for the 2015 Annual Photography Branch Exhibit asking – What does peace look like?

Stretching across the spectrum, many things can be linked with peace – mothers embracing their children, hippy daisy chains or powerful protests.
